ADHD Growth Lab offers individual coaching services for entrepreneurs, founders, and high-performing professionals. The coaching focuses on execution systems, energy management, identity development, and environment design.

Submitting a coaching request through this website does not constitute a binding contract. A coaching engagement only begins upon explicit written agreement between the client and Driftless OÜ, including agreement on scope, duration, and fees.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the website

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, frameworks, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of Driftless OÜ and Christopher Sorg, unless otherwise stated. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Frameworks, systems, and methodologies shared during coaching sessions are proprietary to ADHD Growth Lab and may not be resold, sublicensed, or used to create competing products or services.

ADHD Growth Lab provides performance coaching and systems design. It is not a medical, psychological, or psychiatric service. The coaching does not constitute diagnosis, treatment, or therapy for ADHD or any other condition.

Clients are responsible for implementing the strategies and systems discussed during coaching. Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and consistency of application. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Fees for coaching services are agreed upon individually prior to the commencement of any engagement. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions will be specified in the individual coaching agreement.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Invoices are issued by Driftless OÜ in accordance with Estonian and EU VAT regulations.

Cancellation terms are defined in the individual coaching agreement. In general:

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full
• Prepaid packages are non-refundable once sessions have commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Driftless OÜ reserves the right to terminate a coaching engagement if the client's conduct is deemed inappropriate or harmful

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Driftless OÜ and Christopher Sorg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or coaching services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data.

The total liability of Driftless OÜ in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Driftless OÜ will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.

Clients are likewise expected to treat any proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or materials shared during coaching as confidential.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Driftless OÜ reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
